Refund Policy : A 100% refund policy is the rule if the event has been postponed/cancelled by IBM Montpellier.

If the BP would like to cancel their participation, this must be done via email 2 weeks prior to the event date. The BP will be 100% refunded.

Payment Terms : Payment is required via a proforma invoice 1,5 months prior to the event date. Payment will be made directly to Blue-Channel, the event organizer.
